This ROM changes all the UI, colors, icons etc. This ROM will give the new and fluid feel of stock Google UI, Flashing this ROM is so easy no need to get confused. Before You Begin: (must do)
1. You should first flash a custom recovery on your Galaxy Fame, if you haven’t done so go to: CWM Recovery On Samsung Galaxy Fame.

Installation Of ROM:
1. Download the above ROM zip package file.
2. Move it to the internal storage of your device.
3. Now reboot your phone in recovery mode, by pressing and holding Volume Up Button + Home Button + Power Button at the same time for some time, until the phone powers off and then power on, when SAMSUNG log appears so just leave all buttons so your phone will boot into recovery mode,
4. Now in recovery mode ( for navigation use Volume Up/Down buttons for click use Home/Power button). Wipe data/cache then click On Install zip > Install zip from sdcard and then find the ROM zip file. Click that file then click Yes, to install the ROM.
5. After Installation just go back and Reboot your System. Enjoy New ROM

No bro, you don’t need to root your device for flashing a ROM, you just need to flash a custom recovery on your device to flashi this ROM

Well who flash this ROM don’t face any problems,, if you are facing problems and that really annoys you so i better suggest you flash the official firmware via Odin.
