How To Root Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge SM-G925T Model

Samsung Galaxy S6 is the most advanced smartphone in the market. As the Galaxy Series is high-end series of smartphones by Samsung. This time the Galaxy S6 Edge has changed the whole way. Its new double-edged design is the most amazing and interesting design up to date. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is built with premium material, dual back and front shiny glass makes the device more premium. The surrounding case is fully premium metal case with a solid feel. It is packed with 5.1″ inch QHD (Quad High Definition) display with 1440×2560 resolution, fingerprint scanner, 3GB RAM, Quad Core 1.5 and 2.1 GHz CPU, 32/64/128GB internal storage and Android 5.0.2 Lollipop version.

Now we are going to grant the root access for this smartphone. By rooting the smartphone, it will break some limits of customizing the operating system and allow some sort of deep modification. We will be also able to do more great things to the Android as we want. Now follow the instructions step by step to root Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge SM-G925T Model.


Before You Begin:

  1. Your device must be charged at least 70%.
  2. You must have knowledge about rooting an Android phone
  3. Samsung USB drivers must be installed in your PC. Please go over here to download.

Download Required Files:


Root Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge:

  1. Download the above-zipped file.
  2. Extract the file in your PC.
  3. Open the Odin application in your PC.
  4. Now reboot your phone into download mode, by hold and press Volume Down + Home Button + Power Button and wait until the phone restarts with a Warning! screen. When the warning screen appears press Volume Up button to continue into download mode.
  5. Connect your phone to PC via USB cable in download mode.
  6. Added! message will be shown in the message box of Odin application in PC. That means your phone is properly connected and supported by PC in download mode. If it is not shown, try re-installing your PC drivers.
  7. Click on PDA and choose the CF-Auto-Root…….tar.md5 file, and click Start.
  8. You will see a Success message in Odin app that means your phone is successfully rooted.
